I asked Cool Beans for an inspection of the HVAC system at a home that my daughter is trying to buy. The initial home inspection noted a problem with the coolijng in parts of the house. Although the A/C unit is only 2 years old, it appears to be significantly undersized for the home. The home inspector thought that this may have been caused by something not working in the duct system. Griffin, of Cool Beans, thoroughly check out the entire system and determined that all the part were installed correctly and working properly but the the AC unit is just too small (3.5 Ton) to cool the whole house which is over 2000 sf. That size house needs a 5 Ton unit. Thank you so much for your thorough, professional work.
