I have had Griffin out three times. Twice for routine inspection and once for service. When I left a message about my AC not running, the owner called me back immediately (Friday evening). Griffin came out an hour later and found the minor problem that was causing my AC to turn off. Because I am a member ( I use their pest control service also) there was no charge for the call and nothing was replaced - just an adjustment. No attempt to sell me anything - unlike a different company that tried to sell me a replacement of my then 8 year old system. Griffin and the owner couldn’t be nicer. I absolutely trust this company and highly recommend them!
